With this guide, you will learn how to process your eStore orders once an order has been placed.
You’re able to add a private note or a note to the client to each individual order. To do so, you will click on the order you want to work on. Once in the order, you will go to the right-hand side and look for the Order Notes section.
Here you will have the option to write a private note or note to the client.
Adding private notes to yourself and your team in regards to the order can be helpful. This could be something that needs to be done for the client or any special instructions for the order.
To add a note to a customer select from the drop-down menu Private Note. Add your note in the space provided and click Add.
This will add a note that only you and your team will be able to see.
Note to customer
If you are sending a note to the customer, make it short and to the point. If you need to share more than a sentence of information the best practice would be to email or call them to explain.

Your note will then be sent to the client.
