With this guide, you will learn how to process your eStore orders once an order has been placed.
To process orders, you will click on the order you want to work on that have the status of Processing.
This will prompt a new screen with the order information.
You will change the order status from Processing to Completed once the client comes in to redeem their purchase.
Once you’ve changed the status to Completed you will then click on Update. This will update the status order and send a notification to the client that their order has been completed.
On the Order Notes section, you will see that it records the status change for your records.
